Long travel days can leave you feeling drained, dehydrated, and disconnected. But, with a few mindful habits, you can turn travel days into an opportunity to nourish yourself instead of dreading them.

Listen to calming meditations during take-off and landing

Flying can trigger anxiety for even the most seasoned travellers. During take-off and landing, I love to listen to relaxing guided meditations or sound healing sessions. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing your heart rate, relaxing your muscles, and deepening your breath. Eat clean, even in airports

Airports are full of temptation: fast food, pastries, and sugary coffees. While convenient, these foods often leave you feeling sluggish and bloated.
