Coastal Calm & Slow Escapes

UK coastlines, off-season seaside breaks, walks, swims, great food, sleep. Choosing quiet luxury over busy itineraries.

Meeting the demand – Coastal regions & hotels, wellness brands, slow travel operators, luxury motorhome rentals.

We’d pair this with a Polish Paloma, salty and fresh!

  • 60ml Lemon Soplica Vodka
  • 60ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml Agave Syrup
  • Garnish – red grapefruit

Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your highball, then dip one side in salt to coat. Add ice, then add in your Soplica, lime juice & agave Syrup. Stir and top with tonic, garnish with red grapefruit

Elevated Staycations

Boutique hotels, design-led B&Bs, private villas, lodges with hot tubs, fewer trips, but better ones.

Meeting the demand – Independent hotels, luxury UK stays, personal chefs, restaurants with private dining, villa and retreat operators.

We’d pair this with a Dirty Martini, dry & sophisticated

Stir ingredients with ice until icy cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 1–2 green olives

Group Travel & Friends Getaways

City breaks, multi-room options, cocktail bars, group experiences, themed walks and trails, food tours. Think Liverpool, Leeds, Edinburgh, Belfast

Meeting the demand – Festivals, villa and large home rentals, city destinations, experience providers.

We’d pair this with an Apricot Spritz, light, sweet & fun

  • 40ml Soplica Apricot Vodka
  • 60ml dry prosecco
  • Top with soda (or lemonade)
  • Garnish, orange slice or thyme sprig

Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in the Soplica Apricot Vodka. Add the prosecco, top with soda water to taste and enjoy.
