Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza Review: Sunset Views, Rooftop Dining and Grown-Up Island Style

Amàre Beach Hotel, Ibiza is a stylish adult-only escape with a creative, contemporary feel. By day, the pool has that chill Ibiza energy, with a DJ soundtrack while guests relax in the sun. As evening falls, the Belvue Rooftop Bar becomes the place to be, by infinity pool, rooftop restaurant and bar, sweeping views over San Antonio Bay, live DJs and sunset sessions creating that magical Ibiza golden-hour moment.
For me, I think that Ibiza as a ‘grown-up’ is less about chasing the party and more about relaxing into that restorative energy. That doesn’t mean this isn’t a hotel for partygoers though. At sunset the rooftop shimmers with revellers easing into the night, before hopping in a taxi to enjoy the club scene.
It feels polished without being pretentious, stylish without trying too hard. San Antonio is just a short taxi ride away for dinner, drinks or a wander along the marina, while the hotel is also well placed for exploring more of the island. It’s a great base for exploring the hidden coves & pretty inland villages and about a 30 min taxi from the boutiques and buzz of Ibiza Town.
Fresh Flavours
There are so many reasons why the Amàre Beach is a perfect base for a sophisticated Ibiza break.
The food here is awesome. At Mare Nostrum, the breakfast buffet has you covered from crepes to compote, full-English to fruit bowls, and everything in between. Lunch can be enjoyed around the pool, with service at your lounger, or on the sea-view terrace (100% recommend the sushi!). The evening buffet focusses on healthy and revitalising food, making the most of natural, local ingredients – it’s easy to eat well here.
Hayaca, the rooftop restaurant, serves up fresh, Latin American flavours to diners while they enjoy the DJ set and cocktails, watching the sun go down. It’s an incredibly popular spot, I’d recommend booking in advance, especially in high season.
Elevated Extras
Little touches of sophistication make it easy to settle into an elevated island break, you could start the day in the gym (for the truly dedicated), enjoy rooftop yoga, book in for a massage or spa treatment, linger over cocktails by the pool, then watch the sun melt into the sea from the rooftop. Dreamy.
The One Lounge
My personal favourite, The One Lounge, is a private, upgraded lounge for guests staying in selected “The One” room categories or with lounge access included. It’s a more exclusive, quieter space within the hotel, with direct sea views, a private-lounge feel, and complimentary refreshments during the day.
Open from 12pm to 8pm guests can help themselves to drinks and snacks and relax in this large lounge space with direct sea views. Perfect for cooling off or grabbing a quick bite when you’re not quite ready for lunch.
Instagrammable Interiors
The hotel has an impressive art collection throughout the shared areas that gives the hotel a real sense of personality, with bold, colourful works across the walls, lifts, pool area and rooftop spaces, adding to the Instagrammable atmosphere.
Something else I noticed that adds a lovely touch, the hotel is scented throughout the public areas with bespoke fragrances. When you feel a bit grubby after being at the pool or beach all day, stepping back into the hotel is like a breath of fresh air.

Prices at Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza start from €140 for the “I Was Here” room type (double occupancy), per night, on a bed and breakfast basis.
Prices for a “Keep The Secret” double room with “The One” services start from €240 per room, per night, with breakfast included for two people. Rooms with “The One” include the following complimentary services:
