One of the biggest attractions of a Cyprus golf holiday is, of course, the weather.  The island enjoys around 300 to 340 days of sunshine each year, with an average of around six hours of sunshine a day even during December and January.

While golfers back home are contending with short days, soggy fairways and unpredictable weather, Cyprus offers the possibility of playing outdoors throughout much of the winter.  It also makes a refreshing alternative for anyone who has already ticked off the golf resorts of Spain’s Costa del Sol or Portugal’s Algarve and fancies discovering somewhere different.

Measuring approximately 6.3 kilometres, the course incorporates the natural Mediterranean landscape into its design, with sweeping fairways, strategically positioned bunkers and pristine greens creating a course intended to entertain and challenge different levels of golfer.

There’s also a 30-bay driving range, with 15 bays featuring TrackMan technology, alongside professional golf lessons for anyone wanting to sharpen up their game.

But perhaps its biggest advantage for holidaymakers is its location.

Limassol Greens sits right next door to City of Dreams Mediterranean, making it possible to go from a five-star hotel room to the first tee in a matter of minutes.

The 500-room resort is a little different from your traditional Mediterranean golf hotel.
