Girl About’s very own Girl About Yorkshire was awarded ‘Yorkshire’s Best’ at the Yorkshire Blogger Awards 2022 Gemma Holmes from Skipton was among four highly-influential finalists in the event’s most prestigious category – one of several awards that were fully judged by public vote and open to Yorkshire businesses, bloggers and creatives.

“I’m so honoured to have won an award for blogging. All I wanted to do initially was showcase Yorkshire and all its hidden gems. What started out as a hobby during lockdown has quickly snowballed into something that has yielded loads of great opportunities.
