Hi, I’m Fay.
Living in Great Ayton, I’m a Yorkshire girl who loves travelling, especially to Eastern Europe!
I was lucky enough to live in Romania in 2023 with my husband Simon, launching a business project in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, working with over 50 businesses as well as the Local Mayor as his Communications Manager. It was an unforgettable experience which made my passion for travelling a dream come true!
I love exploring and finding places that are off the beaten track, beautiful scenery, meeting the locals and finding out about local traditions. I’m a big foodie at heart so wherever I go, I always love trying traditional dishes and visiting the local food market to experience the sights, sounds, smells and atmosphere.
When I'm not travelling, I work with my husband in our Business Consultancy, Lets Market, working with hospitality businesses including breweries, pubs, restaurants, independent food and drinks companies and even MasterChefs to promote their product or venue to new customers through events, sales and PR opportunities.
Eastern and Central Europe hold a special place in my heart, having visited Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania.
