Travel is one of my greatest passions, but I have also long been interested in environmental issues and conservation.  So when I first heard about Beyond Belief, a brand creating their brews from surplus ingredients including pasta, bread, and even brownies I was intrigued. The idea sounded unusual, inventive and, quite honestly, too good not to find out more about.

I was keen to hear how it all came to be, and what happens when a family steeped in pasta history starts reimagining waste as beer.
